UNLAWFUL DETAINERS/EVICTION DOCUMENTS:
I am a Registered and Bonded in Monterey County as a Unlawful Detainer Assistant since April 2011. I am able to help you prepare Unlawful Detainer documents or Response to a Unlawful Detainer and Electronically file the Unlawful Detainer/(Eviction) Documents with the court and serve the Documents for you. (Remember I am not a Attorney. I'm a Unlawful Detainer Assistant. I cannot give legal advice, If you feel you need a Attorney please contact one before contacting us.

OTHER SERVICES OFFERED:

LOCKOUT SERVICE WITH SHERIFF AND LOCKSMITH: 
I can meet with the Sheriff and Locksmith when landlords are unable to on lockout date. I'm there when sheriff turns over property and I'm there to make sure locks are changed and receive new keys. (LOCKSMITH WILL BE LANDLORDS RESPONSIBILITY UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE).

E-FILING SERVICE:
Were available for E-Filing for our Customers daily. Please call or just walk in.

STAKE-OUT/SIT AND WAIT SERVICE:
This Service is for hard to catch people, people that don't want to be served, people who are evading service. In our Regular Process Serving Service it includes sitting 10 minutes before or after going to the door. Otherwise if you want us to wait till a person or persons walk out, this would be  a 2 hour minimum Service.
